Potato Tots
Potato tots were first invented in the 1950s as a way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and grate the potatoes.

Finely chop the onion.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small tots.

Roll each tot in breadcrumbs to coat.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the tots until golden brown on all sides.

Transfer the fried tots to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot and crispy potato tots with your favorite dipping sauce.
