Ingredients
  • 500 gram Zucchini
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 50 gram Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 leaf Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini into rounds and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the zucchini. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Grill or bake the zucchini for about 10-12 minutes, turning them once, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
