  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 2 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (such as basil or parsley)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
