Ingredients
  • 2 pound Yuca
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
  2. Peel the yuca and cut it into fry-shaped pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the yuca fries, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
  4. Carefully place the yuca fries into the hot oil and fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
