In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
