  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and cook until onions are translucent.
  2. Stir in the ground cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the winter squash, chickpeas, red lentils, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and coconut milk to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the squash and lentils are tender.
  5. Remove the pot from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the fresh cilantro and lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot.
