Whole Head Roasted Cauliflower
Roasted cauliflower is a popular vegetarian alternative to a whole roasted chicken or turkey during holiday meals.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and trim the stem.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Place the cauliflower head in a baking dish and brush the oil mixture all over it, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until it is tender and golden brown.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the roasted cauliflower.
