Ingredients
  • 100 gram Shallots
  • 250 ml White Wine
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • 100 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 50 gram Vegan Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and sauté until translucent.
  2. Pour in white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
  3. Add vegetable stock, lemon juice, capers, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and blend until smooth using an immersion blender or transfer to a regular blender.
  5. Return the sauce to the saucepan and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm over your favorite dish.
