White bean burgers are a popular vegetarian alternative to traditional meat burgers and are packed with protein and fiber.

Drain and rinse the white beans.

In a food processor, blend the white beans, onion, garlic cloves, oats, flour, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Toast the burger buns.

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, red onion slice, and white bean patty on each bun.
