Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Whiskey
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin strips.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrots to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together whiskey, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the whiskey mixture over the carrots and stir well.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
