Ingredients
  • 500 gram Kabocha squash
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalk Green onions
Instructions
  1. Slice the kabocha squash into thin wedges.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the kabocha squash to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the squash is tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cooked kabocha squash and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
