  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Toast the burger buns.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, red onion slice, pickle, and a hummus patty on each bun.
