Ingredients
  • 4 medium Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Peel the onions and slice them into thick rounds.
  3. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the onions to the pan and cook until they are soft and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast flakes, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer the cooked onions to the greased baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.
