Ingredients
  • 200 gram Strawberries
  • 30 gram Cornstarch
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch and coconut milk. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract to the saucepan. Whisk again.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
