Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 150 gram Gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, gluten-free flour, salt, nutritional yeast, and olive oil. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a long rope.
  4. Cut the ropes into small pieces to form the gnocchi.
