Ingredients
  • 250 gram Okra
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped okra and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. In a blender, grind coconut, green chilies, and water to a smooth paste.
  6. Add the coconut paste to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
