Ingredients
  • 200 gram Potatoes
  • 100 gram Peas
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 50 gram Onion
  • 10 gram Green chili
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 10 gram Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the mashed potatoes and cooked peas and carrots. Mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a dough.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
  7. Cut the circle in half and fold it into a cone shape.
  8. Fill the cone with the vegetable filling and seal the edges.
  9. Deep fry the samosas until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
