Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Lo Mein Noodles
  • 2 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas)
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until they are slightly tender.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
