Boil the potatoes, carrots, peas, and corn until tender. Mash the boiled vegetables and mix in bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into small balls. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the vegetable balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the balls. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
