  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, coconut milk, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the blended mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir until well coated. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
