Ingredients
  • 2 cup Dough
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, cabbage, carrot, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 equal pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling onto each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the runzas on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the runzas to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
