  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Gradually add all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
