Ingredients
  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Salsa
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt.
  2. Slowly pour polenta into the boiling water, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until polenta thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  7. Transfer the polenta to the baking sheet and spread it evenly, about 1/2 inch thick.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Cut the polenta into bite-sized squares or any desired shape.
  11. Serve with salsa.
