In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the cooked lentils, tomato, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mash the lentils slightly with a fork or potato masher to achieve a meat-like texture.

Heat the tortillas on a separate pan.

Assemble the tacos by placing the lentil taco meat on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
