Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hazelnut flour
  • 4 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Hazelnuts (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
