Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Add bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add kidney beans, black beans, corn kernels, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
