  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
