  4. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the black beans for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mash the avocado with lime juice in a bowl.
  6. Slice the tomato and red onion.
  7. To assemble, place the polenta patties on a plate, top with mashed avocado, black beans, sliced tomato, red onion, cilantro, and hot sauce.
