  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the applesauce, black beans, corn, diced red onion, diced jalapeno, vegan cheese, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the tortilla chips.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Top with sliced avocado.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
