  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Diced apple
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apple, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
  6. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
