  3. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potatoes to coat them evenly with the seasonings.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the chickpea dip.
  7. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  8. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and fresh cilantro.
  9. Blend until smooth and creamy.
