In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Add TVP, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Stir well.

Add canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, vegetable broth, and lime juice. Bring to a boil.
