Ingredients
  • 300 gram Tomatoes
  • 300 gram Cucumbers
  • 200 gram Red Bell Pepper
  • 100 gram Red Onion
  • 20 gram Parsley
  • 10 gram Mint Leaves
  • 4 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and mint leaves.
