Ingredients
  • 500 gram Green beans
  • 200 gram Tomatoes
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans and water. Cover the pan and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the green beans are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
