Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add potatoes, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, chickpeas, vegetable broth, harissa paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
