Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.

Add diced green and red bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin powder, paprika, harissa paste, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Make wells in the mixture and crack the eggs into them. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
