Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the tomatoes, yellow squash, onion, and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Layer the sliced tomatoes and yellow squash in a baking dish.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and torn basil leaves over the vegetables.

Drizzle olive oil over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
