  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Spinach
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 unit Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, sauté the mushrooms, spinach, onion, and garlic with olive oil until cooked.
  3. In a blender, blend tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Mix the sautéed vegetables with the tofu mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the quiche is set.
