Ingredients
  • 14 ounce Tofu
  • 4 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu into small pieces.
  3. Add vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, turmeric, black salt, salt, and black pepper to the tofu. Mix well.
  4. Chop celery, red onion, and fresh dill. Add them to the tofu mixture.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
