Tofu, also known as bean curd, is made from soy milk and is a popular ingredient in vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.

Add tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
