Drain and press tofu to remove excess moisture.

Add breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the tofu. Mix well.

Form the mixture into patties.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the tofu patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

If desired, toast the hamburger buns.
