  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the tofu patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. If desired, toast the hamburger buns.
  8. Assemble the tofu burgers with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and any other desired toppings.
