Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Add dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips to the mixture.

Gently press the mixture into clusters using your hands.

Let the clusters cool completely and set for about 1 hour.

Store in an airtight container.
