Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, and vegetable broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
