In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu and add breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form the mixture into four patties of equal size.

Preheat a grill or a pan over medium heat. Brush the surface with olive oil.

Cook the tofu patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
