Ingredients
  • 200 gram Yam
  • 150 gram Snap Peas
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 50 gram Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 piece Red Chili Pepper
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the yam until tender.
  2. Blanch the snap peas.
  3. Slice the red bell pepper, red chili pepper, and garlic clove.
  4. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, minced chili pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  5. Drain the yam and let it cool.
  6. Once cooled, peel and slice the yam.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yam, snap peas, red bell pepper, fresh mint leaves, fresh cilantro leaves, and roasted peanuts.
  8. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  9. Let the salad rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
