Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Spring Onions
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, and frozen peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked rice.
  5. Pour soy sauce and lime juice over the rice and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro and spring onions.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
