Ingredients
  • 4 piece Green chilies
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 piece Shallots
  • 2 stalk Lemongrass stalks
  • 1 inch Galangal
  • 1 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 4 leaf Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients (except vegetable oil) in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the green paste. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Use the Thai Green Paste in your favorite Thai recipes.
