  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Marinate tofu in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add marinated tofu. Cook until browned on all sides.
  6. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
  7. In the same pan, stir-fry bell pepper and carrot until tender-crisp.
  8. Add cooked noodles and tofu back to the pan.
  9. Stir in the remaining sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  10. Serve the teriyaki tofu noodle bowl garnished with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
