Ingredients
  • 500 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with roti or rice.
