Shred the red cabbage, slice the apple and red onion.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the red onion and cook until softened.

Add the shredded red cabbage and apple slices to the pan.

Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the mixture over the cabbage and stir well.
